A great afternoon at The Grand Pizzeria at Westboro Beach!

Clients and staff recently enjoyed an outing together filled with good food, great conversation, and plenty of laughs. Community outings like these are an important part of building connection, independence, and meaningful social experiences for the individuals we support.

A big thank you to the team at for the warm welcome and excellent service. Everyone had an amazing time enjoying lunch by the beach and taking in the beautiful weather.

These moments may seem simple, but they play a significant role in promoting community inclusion, confidence, and overall well-being for people living with acquired brain injuries.

Looking for something to do this weekend? Check out the Adapt Expo and Inclusive Para Sport Expo!!

The Adapt Expo and Ottawa & Inclusive Para Sport Expo are coming together for a 2-in-1 event this Saturday, May 9th, from 10 AM to 3 PM at Carleton University’s Fieldhouse and Ravens’ Nest. With over 120 vendors ranging from adapted fashion and medical equipment to modified vehicles and care providers, and 42 adapted sport and leisure clubs, there’s something for every disability, age group, and professional to enjoy. The day will also feature free health clinics, therapy ponies, sports demonstrations, trial equipment, free parking, regulation stations, giveaway bags, and coffee.
