This Thanksgiving, we're feeling extra grateful for the incredible community that makes everything we do possible.
Rescue is never a one-person job. It's a whole community coming together for dogs who need a second chance, and we are so thankful for every single person who is part of our journey.
🧡 To our volunteers, who give their time, energy, and hearts to help our rescue run.
🏡 To our amazing fosters, who open their homes and hearts to dogs in need, providing safety, patience, comfort, and love while they wait for their forever families.
🚗 To our transport drivers, who help get our dogs where they need to go, whether it's to a foster home, a vet appointment, or the next step in their journey.
🎉 To everyone who attends our events, participates in fundraisers, and shows up to support our mission.
💛 To our donors and supporters, who help cover medical care, supplies, food, and all the unexpected costs that come with rescue.
📲 To everyone who likes, comments on, and shares our social media posts. You never know when your share will be the one that helps a dog find their person!
🐶 And, of course, to our dogs. The ones who remind us why we do this, who teach us about resilience, trust, and unconditional love, and who make every challenging day worth it.
We are grateful for every wagging tail, every little milestone, every breakthrough, and every happy ending. And for the dogs still waiting, we're grateful for the chance to keep fighting for them.
Most of all, we're thankful for the people who stand beside us, believe in our mission, and help us give dogs the futures they deserve. Whether you've been with us for years or just joined our community, you are part of the Rocky Road Rescue family. ♥️
