Directeur/trice de l’Héritage
Dirige le développement d’un projet d’héritage à long terme sous le portfolio du VP Plaidoyer, avec un accent sur la résolution de problèmes communautaires
Met en place les bases d’une initiative durable pouvant être réalisée annuellement ou développée au fil du temps
Responsable de la génération d’idées, de l’obtention de financement et du développement de partenariats afin d’assurer la continuité et la croissance du projet
VP Social
Agit comme principal point de liaison avec les clubs étudiants, les organisations du campus et les commanditaires externes pour coordonner des événements et collaborations
Planifie, organise et met en œuvre l’Assemblée générale annuelle (AGA)

VP Communications
Gère et supervise l’ensemble des plateformes de médias sociaux du chapitre (ex. Instagram, Facebook)
Développe et met en œuvre des stratégies de communication pour promouvoir les événements, initiatives et activités du chapitre
Interagit avec les membres et la communauté élargie par des communications numériques cohérentes et professionnelles
Les candidat.e.s doivent être à l’aise avec la création de contenu, incluant apparaître dans du contenu et produire des médias pour les plateformes sociales

VP Bilinguisme / Traductions
S’assure que toutes les communications du chapitre (publications, formulaires, présentations et documents) sont traduites avec exactitude en français
Collabore étroitement avec l’équipe des communications afin de produire du contenu promotionnel bilingue
Dirige des initiatives et événements liés à la culture francophone, incluant le Mois de la Francophonie et autres célébrations pertinentes

Director of Legacy
• Leads the development of a long-term legacy project under the VP Advocacy portfolio, with a focus on community-based problem solving.
• Establishes foundational frameworks for a sustainable initiative that can be implemented annually or expanded over time.
• Responsible for ideation, securing funding, and building partnerships to ensure the project’s continuity and growth.

VP Social
• Acts as the primary liaison with campus clubs, organizations, and external sponsors to coordinate events and collaborations.
• Plans, organizes, and executes the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
• Supports the development of engaging social and networking events that strengthen community involvement.

VP Communications
• Manages and oversees all chapter social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook).
• Develops and implements communication strategies to promote events, initiatives, and chapter activities.
• Engages with members and the broader community through consistent and professional digital communication.
• Candidates should be comfortable with content creation, including appearing in and producing media for social platforms.

VP Translations/Bilingualism
• Ensures all chapter communications (posts, forms, presentations, and documents) are accurately translated into French.
• Collaborates closely with the Communications team to produce bilingual promotional content.
• Leads initiatives and events related to Francophone culture, including Mois de la Francophonie and other relevant observances.
• Promotes inclusivity by ensuring a strong and consistent French presence at events and within chapter operations.
