Fastball for the love of the game. It is unique in Eastern Ontario.

TAMFL is a recreational fastpitch league that emphasizes a balance of fun, friends, accessibility and full participation, regardless of skill level. To fulfill our mission, we promote balanced teams, unlimited substitution, in-league player sparing, member-umpired regular season games and include uniforms, bats, balls and catching equipment as part of registration fees.

· Players come fro

m throughout the National Capital Region, from Gatineau to Orleans to Stittsville.

· All games are at Trend Arlington Field in Nepean, Ontario, near Hunt Club and Greenbank.

· Games are played at 6:30 and 8:30 on Monday, Wednesday and some 8:30 Thursdays, from May to September.

· We skill-balance teams before each season.

· New and returning players can request to be paired with another player to promote camaraderie and fellowship.
