Free Food Project

Free Food Project I have been passionate about gardening since I was a young boy in my grandmother Helen Brown's garden. This page is a resource to learn and share.

It's there that I learned what vegetables were what and how to care for them. How much better they taste when they are fresh picked right from the garden. Early in 2004 I realized that one of the major obstacles keeping people from eating healthier, fresh produce was that it was costly. Keeping a backyard garden in a urban setting isn't always plausable. That is where I got my vision for the Free

Food Project. Fresh, healthy and tasty food should be available to all. So I would attempt to lead an effort to bring together people who would work to provide assistance to those who wanted to grow there own garden, or food to those that could not obtain it.
