Imagine them discussing current national and international concerns, and working together to reach consensus in their vision for a better tomorrow. This is the National Student Commonwealth Forum (NSCF). The NSCF is a program of the Royal Commonwealth Society (RCS) Ottawa Branch, is largely organized by program alumni and supported by dedicated RCS Ottawa members, all of whom are volunteers. Teachers: talk to your senior high school students about it;

Students: talk to your teacher about it.
