🌹✨ Grateful for 2025, and so excited for what’s ahead ✨🌹
Serving as the Ottawa Rose of Tralee this year has already been such a meaningful journey. From Selection Day to the Seniors’ Luncheon at the Ambassador’s Residence, welcoming the first Irish astronaut and a Canadian female astronaut at the Embassy, and life changing experiences like the Rose of Tralee International Festival itself - this role has been filled with unforgettable moments. Along the way, I’ve loved creating space for community through candlelit Strength & Stretch Pilates, Carve & Craic pumpkin carving, and Celtic Christmas Crafts, while also taking part in incredible gatherings like the Taoiseach’s visit to Ottawa, the Maynooth University education panel, Celtic Spirits with We Are Global Irish and the Ottawa Ireland Chamber of Commerce, Irish Night on the Hill, the Gaels Gala 50th anniversary, Ottawa Féile, and even travelling to Frankfurt, Germany to help open the Christmas markets! From sharing a pint with Best Eats 613 at The Well to celebrating Irish culture at every turn, I’m so deeply grateful for this community and everyone who has made 2025 so special.
This role has filled my cup in ways I'd never dreamed it could.
As full as this year has already been, I’m even more excited for all that’s still to come in 2026 ☘️💫
Thank you, thank you, thank you🤍
