Monday morning announcements....

Gosh we have been SLOW...

Thank you to everyone who has donated for sponsored pets. We do have more on the list coming up *** its been a stellar few weeks of getting Community Veterinary Outreach pets into some Ottawa clinics. so YAH!

But for now, we will turn our attention to clearing things out of our "house". We will be opening up a online store for items up for grabs. Hope to have it started today. It will be run for the next few weeks and people can BUY NOW items. Hopefully clearing out the cupboards for now.

A wonderful opportunity for anyone that qualifies. Please read and reach out to the Lanark Animal Welfare Society for questions or to sign up

The LAWS Spay/Neuter Assistance Program (SNAP) can help individuals and families in our communities, with household incomes of $40,000 or less, to access affordable spay and neuter services for up to two pets per household.

We do require proof of income to be eligible, along with payment of the reduced fee. We then make arrangements with local veterinarians. LAWS shares in the cost of the procedure and also provides a rabies shot if needed and a microchip for the pets at no extra cost.

Anyone wishing to make a donation towards SNAP, may indicate with their donation is designated for the 'Trouble Fund'.
