This position provides specialized expertise and leadership in the field of visual resource management of Crown land, including implementation of legislation, policies and procedures for the protection and enhancement of visual and scenic values for public recreational enjoyment, Indigenous peoples’ values, and the tourism sector. Promotes a balanced approach to forest management and other industrial activities on BC’s visually sensitive landscape.
