🌟Brasserie San-Ô (La brasserie San-Ô Saké inc.)
👉Based in Montreal, La Brasserie San-Ô Saké Inc. is the first Quebec-based company specializing in the artisanal production of koji—a traditional Japanese fermentation culture—and its flavorful derivatives such as miso, amazake, shio-koji, and shoyu-koji. San-Ô bridges Japanese heritage with local Canadian ingredients, crafting premium products for chefs, restaurants, and food enthusiasts across Canada. (See Comments For Full Details)
🌟Kamosu Miso (KAMOSU MISO)
👉KAMOSU MISO is a small family company located in La Pêche (Québec) just north of Ottawa/Gatineau. Because I always wanted people to experience healthy Japanese food, I make miso with organic and whole grain ingredients by using a traditional method of fermentation of at least 1 to 3 years.
🌟Sakao Japanese Tea (SAKAO | La voie du thé)
👉 Sakao Tea is a Japanese tea company based in Montreal, dedicated to preserving the rich heritage and traditions of Japanese teas, including matcha and loose-leaf varieties sourced from renowned tea-growing regions across Japan. (See Comments For Full Details)
🌟Tokusen (Tokusen.store)
👉Are you familiar with Daikou Shoyu's artisanal soy sauces? Unlike commercial soy sauces, our artisanal soy sauces are fermented using the traditional method using koji and natural yeasts in Japanese cedar barrels between 6 months and 3 years. It results in a variety of soy sauces that are rich in flavour and suitable for all cuisines. (See Comments For Full Details)
