EN: The 55 pallets of medicines destined for the most vulnerable people in Lebanon have arrived in Beirut. This humanitarian mission was carried out by Confederazione Nazionale delle Misericordie d'Italia in collaboration with the Joint Forces High Command. The medicines will be distributed through Caritas Lebanon and the Order of Malta Lebanon.

FR: Les 55 palettes de médicaments destinées aux personnes les plus vulnérables au Liban sont arrivées à Beyrouth. Cette mission humanitaire a été menée par la Confederazione Nazionale delle Misericordie d'Italia en collaboration avec le Commandement des Forces Conjointes. During the talks, particular attention was dedicated to promoting new joint humanitarian initiatives. In Peru, the Order of Malta has been active for over seventy years through the Peruvian Association, Malteser Perú and Malteser International, carrying out initiatives in the fields of healthcare, social care, civil protection and support for the most vulnerable communities.

EN: At the Magistral Villa in Rome, the Order of Malta held a thanksgiving ceremony dedicated to all those who contributed to the first-aid activities provided during the Jubilee of Hope. In the presence of the Grand Master, Fra’ John Dunlap, Jubilee Medals were awarded to the members and volunteers who distinguished themselves in their service during the Holy Year. The Grand Hospitaller, Josef D. Blotz, expressed deep gratitude for the silent and constant commitment of the healthcare professionals and volunteers. Operating in the First Aid Post in St. Peter's Square and the papal basilicas, they ensured thousands of medical interventions for pilgrims who arrived in Rome.

This occurred at the conclusion of the Jubilee Festivals of the Holy Crucifix, the traditional twenty-five-year event the Magione community dedicates to the venerated image of the Crucifix in the parish church of St. John Baptist.

EN: The official visit to Estonia concluded today. In Tallinn, the Grand Master of the Order of Malta, Fra’ John Dunlap, met with the President of the Republic, Alar Karis, and the Speaker of Parliament, Lauri Hussar, to discuss key global challenges and the role of humanitarian diplomacy. During the institutional programme, Grand Chancellor Riccardo Paternò di Montecupo and Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna signed a Cooperation Agreement aimed at strengthening socio-humanitarian initiatives, volunteer work, and assistance to refugees in the country.
