The Sexuality Studies Association seeks a faculty member or graduate student volunteer to serve as the Local Area Coordinator (LAC) for Congress 2015. This job entails securing room bookings for panels, keynotes and meeting/workshop spaces, booking IT equipment, and putting the program coordinator in touch with the Office of Disabilities. While this position is not work intensive it does require someone detail oriented who is willing to work closely with the program coordinator to ensure that space/equipment is available and accessible. The bulk of the work will be performed in the early to mid winter months and will take an estimated four hours of time (i.e. to email room requests, IT forms, check them over and send to program coordinator. There will likely be a couple of hours in May/June as well. If interested please respond asap to program coordinator [email protected].

L’association d’étudiant.e.s diplômé.e.s en études des femmes a acheté une cafetière pour les étudiant.e.s diplômé.e.s! La cafetière est dans la cuisine de l’IÉF situé dans la salle 11027 au 11e étage de la Faculté des sciences sociales.

S'il vous plaît, lire attentivement les instructions et nettoyer la machine lorsqu’il est nécessaire. Apportez votre propre café et une tasse. Nous avons aussi acheté un peu de thé pour les étudiant.e.s qui se trouve dans la cuisine.

The Women’s Studies Graduate Students’ Association has purchased a coffee maker for graduate students! The coffee maker is in the IWS kitchen located in room 11027 on the 11th floor of the Faculty of Social Sciences.

Please read the instructions carefully and clean the maker when necessary. Bring your own coffee and mug. We've also purchased some tea for students which is located in the kitchen.
