Sooooo! We have a favour to ask - it's not too hard - MAX 5 minutes - but the more people that help, the more likely Google will make an important change for CAG!
PLEASE KEEP READING 🤓
You may have noticed that if you use Google Maps to find the Brantwood Park Fieldhouse by typing the address "39 Onslow Crescent" in the search bar, you will very likely be directed to an INCORRECT address that puts you over near Dow's Lake.
Why, you may ask??? Well, for some reason, that address has the wrong Postal Code in Google🤯
If you have a Google Email address, here's where you can help CAG...
1. Open the Google Maps app or web link in a browser.
2. Search on "39 Onslow Crescent" in the search bar.
3. IF the RED PIN drops you on "39 Crescent Heights" (near Dows Lake), then please do the following🔽
THE FIX in 5 Easy Steps (see the pictures with the steps too 👀)
1. Click on the RED PIN to open a window for that house.
2. Click on the "Suggest an edit on 39 Onslow Crescent" menu item.
*****Google will ask you to Sign In, so if you have a Google Account, please sign in to complete the remaining steps - I know, passwords suck, but please do it 🙏🏻*****
3. A new menu will open, then Click on "Wrong pin location or address" menu item at the top of the list.
4. The "Fix an Address Form" will then open - please EDIT the POSTAL CODE field to be: K1S 1G3
(the correct 39 Onslow postal code!)
5. Then, Click the SUBMIT button in the bottom right corner of that form. (VERY important step!)
6. YOU ARE A STAR! You are all done - you will get a confirmation window, and you will make us at CAG so happy.
If enough people submit the edit to the Postal Code, Google will finally make the correction, and MANY less people will get lost trying to find our amazing Brantwood Park Fieldhouse!
