Established in Canada under Vision GRAM- International in it’s new vision, is a worldwide movement that will continue to promote human rights around the world. Vision GRAM-International reconnait la pertinence du respect des droits enfants et de la commémoration de cette journée dediée aux enfants associés aux forces et groupes armés.
Un rappel aux groupes armés, actif à l'est de la RDCONGO d'arreter le recrutement et l'utilisation des enfants.

Chaque année, à la date du 12 février, la communauté internationale consacre une journée à la lutte contre l'utilisation des enfants dans les conflits armés. L'occasion de rappeler les chiffres et les principes, de renouveler les engagements.
