Alors que nous déployons le cadre LEADS actualisé, nous mettons en lumière les changements qui renforcent sa pertinence pour les leaders, les équipes et les organisations d’aujourd’hui. Dans le volet « Développer des coalitions », cela signifie passer de l’établissement de partenariats à la mise en place d’un leadership collectif en réunissant des voix diversifiées, en exerçant un leadership au-delà des frontières et des différences, et en faisant de la confiance un fondement stratégique de l’action.

In “Develop Coalitions”, that means moving from building partnerships to enabling collective leadership by convening diverse voices, leading across boundaries and differences, and using trust as a strategic foundation for action.

In this special edition of In Conversation With, host Sue Owen speaks with entrepreneur, disability advocate, content creator, and former elite gymnast Taylor Lindsay-Noel ahead of her keynote at the 2026 Canada West Health Leaders Conference.

Taylor shares her journey from elite gymnastics to entrepreneurship, reflecting on the life-changing accident that changed the direction of her life and the experiences that helped her find a new path forward.

She talks about the importance of community, self-talk, challenging the limits we place on ourselves, and how a setback can sometimes lead us somewhere we never expected to go.

Taylor also shares the story behind Cup of Té and how an unanswered sponsorship request ultimately became the spark for building her own business, which went on to be featured on Oprah’s Favourite Things.

Dans cette édition spéciale de In Conversation With, l’animatrice Sue Owen s’entretient avec l’entrepreneure, défenseure des droits des personnes en situation de handicap, créatrice de contenu et ancienne gymnaste d’élite Taylor Lindsay-Noel, en prévision de sa conférence d’ouverture au Canada West Health Leaders Conference 2026.

Taylor revient sur son parcours, de la gymnastique de haut niveau à l’entrepreneuriat, en réfléchissant à l’accident qui a bouleversé sa vie et aux expériences qui l’ont aidée à tracer une nouvelle voie.

Elle aborde l’importance de la communauté, du dialogue intérieur, de la remise en question des limites que nous nous imposons et de la façon dont un revers peut parfois nous mener là où nous n’aurions jamais imaginé aller.

Taylor raconte également l’histoire derrière Cup of Té et explique comment une demande de commandite restée sans réponse a finalement servi d’étincelle pour lancer sa propre entreprise, qui a ensuite été mise en vedette dans la sélection Oprah’s Favourite Things.
