🏒 Join members of Canada’s Women’s National Para Hockey Team for a FREE virtual summer skills session!

Whether you're a player, goaltender, new to the sport, or returning for another season, this interactive session will provide skills and drills you can practice throughout the off-season while connecting with other girls, women, and gender-diverse para hockey players.

During National AccessAbility Week, we're celebrating the athletes who remind us what's possible when barriers are removed and opportunities are created.

In April, the SHEO Junior Team proudly earned a silver medal at the Ottawa Sledge Hockey Tournament, showcasing incredible skill, determination, and teamwork both on and off the ice.

Every athlete deserves the chance to play, compete, and belong. We're proud to support programs that make sport more accessible and inclusive for everyone.
