Important Announcement:

In light of recent events, and as advised by the City of Ottawa and the University authorities concerning COVID-19, we have decided to cancel the South Asian Formal Party 2020, being held on the 21st of March. The health and safety of the students and the public is our utmost priority, and therefore due to the increasing number of COVID-19 cases, we have taken this precautionary step.

We are currently trying our best to arrange full refunds; however, due to cancellation charges incurred to us, we will not be able to refund 100% of the ticket price. Details regarding the refund will be available soon, however it may take up to a week. In order to get a refund you will need your ticket, so please hold onto them for the time being.

Please keep an eye out on the event page as well as the club pages.
