The form should take 10-20 minutes to complete. If you provide your email, you will be entered in a giveaway to win a 25 dollar gift card of your choice from select businesses on the CUSA discount card.

Thank you to everyone who has supported our events and initiatives this year! The form can be found in our linktree

We are so happy to announce that our final event of the year will be a movie night on April 2nd, from 5pm to 7pm!! In collaboration with The Autistic and Neurodivergent Liberation Front of Ottawa (ANLFO), we will be watching Crip Camp! The movie night will be held in the CDAC office.

“Crip Camp is a powerful documentary that explores a groundbreaking summer camp for teens with disabilities in the 1970s, and how the friendships and sense of community built there helped spark a movement for disability rights.

It’s a story about connection, identity, and the fight for accessibility and equality, all told through real experiences and voices.”

We hope to see you there!
