The first two days of our Leadership Voyage aboard the Fair Jeanne have been exceptionally rewarding! As we navigate the waters of the St. Lawrence River, our trainees are already demonstrating remarkable dedication and focus. Whether they are hauling lines, taking their turn at the helm, or tackling daily ship duties, their hard work and willingness to learn are evident.

Equally important is the camaraderie developing among the trainees themselves. From sharing downtime on deck to enjoying a well-deserved swim, we are proud to see strong friendships and a true team dynamic forming so early in the journey. In these highlights, you will also spot our Captain leading by example and working high aloft on the T’Gallant Yard to reach the Topmast Cap.

We look forward to seeing how everyone continues to grow together over the coming days :)

It’s been a few days since we officially wrapped up our Advanced Seamanship Voyage, but we're still reflecting on what an amazing trip it was! ⚓️

Swipe through for a few more memories from our time on the water and our adventures on land. It feels like just yesterday we were welcoming this crew aboard the Fair Jeanne. Between the hard work, the hands-on learning, and the immense amount of fun we had along the way, this voyage absolutely breezed by.

Now that our trainees have settled back in at home, we want to recognize the dedication, resilience, and teamwork they brought to every watch. Stepping aboard a tall ship is a unique challenge, and the personal growth we have seen in each of you over such a short time is truly remarkable. You should all be exceptionally proud of your accomplishments and the cohesive crew you became :)

Reflecting on a spectacular Canada Day in Brockville!

While July 1st has passed, we are pleased to share these highlights from our maritime celebrations. The Fair Jeanne took to the Brockville waterfront, marking the occasion with a traditional cannon salute.

It was a privilege to see so many spectators gathered along the shore to watch the display. Thank you to the Brockville community for coming out to celebrate alongside us and making the day truly memorable! We look forward to the continued summer sailing ahead.

Yesterday, the Fair Jeanne docked at Gananoque's Thousand Islands Boat Museum, and we had the absolute pleasure of hosting their fantastic group of campers for a deck tour! 🦺

They brought great energy and asked some wonderful questions about life on board. Sharing our passion for sailing is always a highlight for our crew!

A fun surprise on the water yesterday! 🛟

We crossed paths with the Coast Guard while out sailing and invited them to come on board! Our crew had a great time showing them around the ship for a full tour and good chats before they headed back out.

It’s always a treat to connect with the folks who keep our waters safe. Thanks for the quick visit!

Day 6, and we are back underway! ⚓️ We spent yesterday evening anchored in Lake Ontario and headed back out early this morning.

We honestly cannot overstate how incredibly hard these trainees (and our amazing crew!) have been working. From crushing their logbook levels to diving headfirst into brand-new challenges, they are stepping up in the absolute best way. Nothing but hard work, growing confidence, and incredible teamwork out here!

We can't wait to see what the rest of the voyage brings! 🌞
