Université TÉLUQ devient le 4e membre du réseau de l’UQ à rejoindre le Consortium ORCID Canada. Seule université francophone en Amérique à offrir tous ses cours et programmes à distance, TÉLUQ apporte une expertise unique à la communauté ORCID-CA.

L'adoption d'ORCID au sein de sa communauté contribuera à accroître le rayonnement de sa recherche, à optimiser le soutien à ses chercheuses et chercheurs, et à renforcer ses collaborations et la mobilisation des connaissances.

We are thrilled to congratulate our Executive Director, Clare Appavoo, on receiving the 2026 CARL Award for Distinguished Service to Research Librarianship from the Canadian Association of Research Libraries (CARL)! 🎉

This recognition is incredibly well deserved and reflects Clare’s longstanding leadership, collaborative spirit, and commitment to advancing Canada’s research and library communities.

Over the years, Clare has helped guide important national conversations around scholarly communication, open access, digital preservation, and equitable access to knowledge — always with a thoughtful and community-focused approach.

We are incredibly proud to celebrate this achievement and grateful for Clare’s continued leadership at CRKN. Congratulations, Clare!

The Ron MacDonald Outstanding Service Award was created in 2008 to honour the legacy of Ron MacDonald—a dedicated member of CRKN’s Negotiation Resource Team from 2000 to 2007. Ron played a key role in shaping CRKN’s collaborative programs and services, and this award celebrates the values he stood for and people in our community that carry on his legacy.

Deadline to nominate someone is May 14 at 5:00 PM EST.

Le prix de reconnaissance pour services exceptionnels Ron MacDonald a été créé en 2008 pour honorer l'héritage de Ron MacDonald, un membre dévoué de l'équipe de ressources en négociation du RCDR de 2000 à 2007.
