"الحكي لوحده مش كفاية… المهم نعرف إزاي نحوله لفعل، ولمشاريع تقدر تعيش وتكمّل".

ضمن مشروع استعادة أصواتنا من خلال الحكي، نظمنا في مؤسسة نساء من أجل العدالة برنامجًا تدريبيًا في إدارة دورة المشروع (Project Cycle Management) للمشاركات في المشروع، وقدّمته الخبيرة التنموية إيثار سليمان، بخبرة واضحة ونهج عملي قريب من واقع الشغل على الأرض.

التدريب ما كانش مجرد محتوى نظري، لكن مساحة تعلم تشاركية، اشتغلنا فيها سوا على:
• تحليل المشكلات من جذورها
• بناء الإطار المنطقي للمشاريع
• المتابعة والتقييم
• وكتابة مقترحات تراعي النوع الاجتماعي

البرنامج اتصمم أساسًا بناءً على تقييم احتياجات مسبق مع المشاركات، علشان يكون مرتبط بتجاربهن، وأسئلتهن، والتحديات اللي بيقابلوها فعلًا في مجتمعاتهن.

اللي لمسناه بوضوح في نهاية التدريب هو زيادة ثقة المشاركات في أدواتهن، وحماس أكبر لاستخدام اللي اتعلموه بشكل عملي، خصوصًا في كتابة المقترحات والعمل الجماعي على أفكار مشاريع جاية.

بالنسبالنا، بناء القدرات جزء أساسي من استدامة أي حركة تغيير. لما القصة تقترن بالمعرفة والأدوات، بتتحول من حكي… لفعل.

جاءت ورشة العدالة المكانية والحق في المدينة التي نظمتها نساء من أجل العدالة ١٩ ديسمبر ٢٠٢٥، كمساحة حوار وحكي قامت بتيسيرها د. نهير الجندي — باحثة عمرانية متخصصة في العدالة العمرانية واستراتيجيات الشمول والإنصاف في المدن، وأستاذة العمارة والعمران بجامعة تورنتو.

الورشة جمعت حكايات وتجارب متقاطعة عن علاقتنا بالمدينة والمكان، من الصعيد إلى القاهرة، ومن مطروح وسيوة إلى الإسكندرية، وصولًا إلى تجارب العيش والدراسة خارج مصر. انطلقنا من سؤال بسيط وعميق: أين نشعر بالانتماء؟ وكيف تصنع الذاكرة والمشاعر علاقتنا بالمكان.

ناقشنا كيف أن المدينة ليست مباني فقط، بل علاقات اجتماعية، وإيقاع حياة، وحقوق، وسياسات. وكيف يمكن للمدينة أن "تحتوينا" حين تُصمَّم للناس والمشاة، وأن "تقصينا" حين تُبنى للسيارات والخرسانة والسرعة.
برزت قضايا محورية، منها:
· غياب الفضاء العام الآمن للنساء وتأثير الرقابة الاجتماعية والعنف الرمزي والمباشر.
· العدالة المكانية كحق في توزيع عادل للخدمات والفرص والمساحات المفتوحة بين الأحياء.
· الحق في المدينة كصراع يومي مع سياسات تخطيط لا ترى البشر.
الأهم أن الحكي لم يكن غاية في ذاته، بل أداة للفهم والتحويل:
تجربة → تصور → تصميم → سياسات محلية… حتى يصل الصوت إلى صانع القرار.

تأتي هذه الورشة ضمن فعاليات مشروع “استعادة أصواتنا من خلال الحكي” لمؤسسة نساء من أجل العدالة، والذي يضم ٧ مبادرات مجتمعية تقودها نساء في مجتمعاتهن المحلية عبر ٨ محافظات: سوهاج – قنا – مرسى مطروح – أسيوط – الإسكندرية – القليوبية – المنوفية.

We're delighted to share significant progress from our women-led initiatives in Egypt, uniting women from diverse backgrounds—including those directly impacted by climate change in agriculture, coastal communities, and informal settlements.🇪🇬

As part of the campaign, in collaboration with the International Civil Society Action Network - ICAN and the network, our seven partners across eight Egyptian governorates are creating inspiring spaces for connection and collective learning:

🌾 Center (Menoufia) مركز جروان للثقافة والفنون: "Hekayat Baladna" The latest workshop celebrated the social, environmental, and cultural heritage of Grawan village by focusing on the 'harvest.' Women from different generations shared 12 new stories about fruit, wheat, and corn harvesting, highlighting their central roles and the challenges they face in agriculture.

🌱 "Sila" Network (Giza) Climutopia: Women Lead Climate Action This network has established key priorities: specialized capacity-building, an eight-month mentorship program connecting experts with young leaders, and launching a digital platform to amplify women’s voices in the climate field. Planning is underway for expansion into Upper Egypt!

❤️ Hakawina Initiative (Alexandria) حكاوينا-ميار منصور: Reflecting on Motherhood A warm, safe space for mothers to share their personal journeys—joy, exhaustion, and transformation. Through storytelling, participants are building solidarity, breaking isolation, and engaging in honest dialogue about identity and self-care.

✨ "Barra_El_Del" (Sohag & Qena) ونس الحكايات - ورشة كتابة إبداعية وحكي: Outside the Shadow Two powerful storytelling workshops brought together 20 women and girls. They bravely explored narratives on sensitive themes, from the impact of place on dreams to social stigma and gender-based violence, creating safe spaces for vital conversation.

Across all these initiatives, our partners are building community and fostering peace from the ground up.
