🎃 We’re getting Zunzun’s ready for Saturday! 🎃

We’ve been busy preparing our garage space to welcome families this Saturday, October 10, from 2 to 5 pm!

We’re creating a cozy little corner with a Halloween backdrop where families can take some fun pictures. All our shelves are overflowing, so everyone will be able to find a story to take home.

And of course, our Halloween collection will be out alongside our brand-new Superhero Collection, which will be officially launched that day! ✨

Kids are very welcome to come dressed in their favourite superhero costume if they’d like. 🦸‍♀️🦸‍♂️

We can’t wait to open the garage doors and welcome our community for an afternoon of books, superheroes, Halloween fun, and little surprises.

📅 Saturday, October 10
⏰ 2–5 pm
📍 At Zunzun’s

See you Saturday! 🎃 📚 💥

🎃 We urgently need candy donations for our Halloween celebration! 🍬

Our Halloween party is just around the corner, and so far we’ve received candy donations from only 4 wonderful members of our community. We are incredibly grateful for their support, but we still have a long way to go.

We usually welcome many families at this event, and we want to make sure every child can leave with a little Halloween treat. 💛

If you’re able to donate a bag or small box of individually wrapped candy, it would make a huge difference and help us get ready for all the little trick-or-treaters coming to Zunzun’s. 🎃 👻

Every single bag helps. Thank you so much for supporting our community and helping us make this celebration special for the kids! 🧡

🎃 Early Call: We Need Candy Donations for Our Halloween Trick-or-Treat! 🎃
It may only be the beginning of September, but we’re already planning ahead for Halloween at Zunzun Little Free Library! 🕸️✨ On Friday, October 25th, we’ll be hosting a special Halloween Trick-or-Treat Celebration—a week before Halloween. This way, families who live farther away can join us, and kids get an extra chance to wear their costumes and celebrate.

Along with candy, we’ll be offering beautiful books, toys, and a festive Halloween storytime, making the event truly magical.

But to make this possible, we need your help! We’re expecting many families, and I don’t have the funds to cover all the candy. If you’re able to donate a bag or small box of candy, it will help us make sure every child gets their own goodie bag. 💛

Your support is what makes events like this such a success. Thank you for helping us bring Halloween fun and sweet memories to our community’s kids! 🌟

🎃 Harry Potter & Monsters Weekend is here at Zunzun Little Free Library! ⚡

All three sections of the library are packed with amazing books to celebrate the Halloween season, with plenty of non-Halloween titles too so everyone can find something to enjoy.

Our yellow chest is outside and filled with large-format books, Harry Potter volumes, and lots of plushies and little surprises!

We know it’s going to be a busy weekend, so we’ll keep adding more books, stuffies, and Harry Potter titles throughout the day as things disappear.

And the fun continues tomorrow Sunday! We’ll have the same special set-up on Sunday. ✨

Check out the pictures below for a peek at some of the titles and surprises waiting for you!

See you at Zunzun’s! 🧙‍♀️ 👻 📚

🐾 A very special new story is coming to Zunzun Little Free Library! 📚

We are so grateful to author Sam Hope and the Fraggle Archives for generously donating two signed copies of her book, Fraggle’s Village, to Zunzun Reading Community. ❤️

Based on the true story of Fraggle, an injured little cat trying to survive outdoors, the book follows his journey as an entire community comes together to help him heal, feel safe, and slowly learn to trust.

Both signed copies will be added to Zunzun Little Free Library this afternoon, around 4 pm, so families can discover Fraggle’s inspiring story. And there will be a few little surprises tucked in with the books too, generously included by the author. 🐱

A huge thank you to Sam Hope for thinking of our reading community and for sharing Fraggle’s story with Zunzun families.

We can’t wait for you to meet Fraggle!
