We seek to empower individuals, couples and families and promote sustainable socio-economic development to all members within their own community by providing information, support, and resources. The Mandate of the Michele Heights Community House is to identify the needs of the community, provide resources and build community capacity to foster a warm and welcoming environment for all. The Communi
ty House is driven through community involvement in all parts of the process. Community Houses are often the first points of contact for many people seeking information, assistance or referrals. We operate as “neighbourhoods” centres which mean increased accessibility of services and programs. Community Houses are central to community building and rely on community involvement.
