Oh hi! Here we are at last year, where we gathered, connected, listened, shared and held space for perinatal mental health.

What is Flora’s Walk you say? Flora’s Walk Canada is the largest perinatal mental health fundraiser taking plave in over 50 cities across Canada.

Who was Flora?
Flora’s Walk is named after a Canadian mother, Flora, who tragically lost her life in 2022 to undetected, undiagnosed and untreated postpartum psychosis. We honour Flora and all those that have lost their lives or a lived one to perinatal mental illness and we fight for those struggling to receive care. You can read Flora’s story in our linktree.

The Impact?
Since 2022 over 100 organizations (us included!) who have received funds through Flora’s Walk have provided free to low cost support groups and therapy across Canada.

Where does the money go?
70% of funds raised go to community organizations providing perinatal mental health programming. The other 30% of funds raised goes to support families in need and Life With A Baby peer support programs.
