Depuis 2013, les étudiants de premier cycle inscrits au programme d'études féministes et de genre n'ont pas d'association étudiante qui les représente au niveau du corps enseignant et au niveau des étudiants. Quelques-uns d'entre nous ont décidé de faire revivre la AÉÉFG parce que nous croyons en l'importance de faire entendre notre voix. Le mandat de la AÉÉFG consiste à travailler activement au démantèlement des systèmes d'oppression qui sont profondément ancrés dans nos institutions et qui contribuent continuellement à la marginalisation des étudiants minoritaires sur le campus. Nous sommes ici pour faire la différence !

Since 2013, undergraduate students enrolled in the Feminist and Gender Studies program have not had a student association that represents them at both the faculty level, and the student level. A few of us decided to revive the FGSSA because we believe in the importance of making our voices heard. FGSSA’s mandate revolves around actively working to dismantle the interlocking systems of oppression that are deeply embedded in our institutions that continuously contribute to marginalizing minority students on campus. We are here to make a difference!
