This Sunday, the Canadian & Turkish Women’s Association of Ottawa (CATWAO) kicked off its season with a beautiful Family Picnic full of food, games, music, and shared smiles at Vincent Massey Park. ☀️🧺
From backgammon matches to home-cooked Turkish dishes, the event was a warm celebration of unity and diversity in the heart of Ottawa.
🌱 A portion of the proceeds will support reforestation efforts in Türkiye through the TEMA Foundation — a meaningful cause behind the fun. 🌍💚
