👁️ World Sight Day is October 8th! 👁️

Did you know sight loss affects millions worldwide — and much of it is preventable? Since 1925, when Helen Keller challenged Lions to become “Knights of the Sight,” we’ve made vision our founding cause. Through SightFirst, eyeglass recycling, and local screening support, Lions everywhere work to bring the gift of sight to those who need it most.

This World Sight Day, take a moment to get your own eyes checked, and consider donating your old glasses — every pair helps someone see the world a little clearer. 💙

The Stittsville Lions are hosting a Christmas Craft Show and we'd love to have you join us as a vendor!
All types of vendors are welcome!

🎄 🎄✨ CAN YOU HELP US LIGHT UP VILLAGE SQUARE PARK? ✨🎄

The Stittsville District Lions Club is looking for a local company or individual with a boom truck who could help us install Christmas lights on the large tree at Village Square Park.

We already have the permit for the park — now we need help reaching those high branches!

🌟 Installation will be weather dependent, but our goal is to have the lights up before the Parade of Lights on Saturday December 5

If you have a boom truck and can lend us a hand, or know someone who might be able to help, please send us a message.

The Stittsville District Lions Club had a great time at the community get-together at Silas Bradley Park! It was wonderful to connect with neighbours, share what Lions are all about, and enjoy a beautiful day together.
