We offer market and rent geared-to-income (RGI) housing.

CALLING ALL STUDENTS APPLYING to college, university or trade school this Fall!! Nepean Housing Corporation is awarding 3 bursaries for $2,000 each in 2026. You need to be between the ages of 17 and 25 to be eligible to win and you must be a registered tenant in one of our communities.
