Wendy and Erin achieved amazing personal and club milestones, and we could not be more proud of the courage, dedication and hard work they displayed on the international stage. Congratulations to you both on an unforgettable competition!

A huge thank you to Skate Canada, Skate Canada BC/YT and the Vernon Skating Club for making this incredible event possible. Are you an adult who dreams of being part of moments like this but does not know where to begin? Every skating journey starts somewhere!

Join our Teen & Adult Learn-to-Skate program on Tuesdays from 4:00–4:45 PM, running now through mid-December. Whether you are stepping onto the ice for the first time or returning after years away, we would love to welcome you!

We need your help! 🎃🩵

Would you or your business like to help make our Halloween Howler and Snowball Classic extra special? We are currently looking for donations in two areas:

👻 Event sponsorships
Financial contributions or prize donations such as gift cards, merchandise or Halloween-themed items will help cover decorations, music, setup and prizes while keeping the event affordable for local families. Supporting businesses will be recognized through event posters and announcements!

🍪 Halloween bake sale
We are also looking for donations of festive cookies to sell during the Snowball Classic and Halloween Howler. Baking can be dropped off at the Sun Bowl Arena on Thursday, October 22 from 4:00pm - 6:00pm so everything can be packaged for the weekend.

To contribute a sponsorship or prize donation, please contact Amita at 778-988-4256 or Rio at 403-650-0221 or [email protected] by October 22.

Every contribution, big or small, will help make this a fun and memorable day for our skaters and community. Thank you for supporting Sun Bowl Skating Club! ⛸️
