Oshawa Valley Park Co-op To keep our members connected and in the know on current news! Oshawa Valley Park Co-op provides not-for-profit housing for their members.

This means that the Co-op charges their member only enough to cover costs, repairs and reserves, so that we can offering housing that is much more affordable than the current market rent. Oshawa Valley Park Co-op is run by its' members. We work together as a community and all have a say in major decisions that will affect us all. There is a Board of Directors (which is made up of members, elected

and voted onto the Board) which means there is no Landlord. Living in the Co-op means:

You are part of a community where neighbours look out for each other. Housing that will stay affordable because the property will never be resold. Being a voting member who contributes to the governance of the Co-op as a whole. Oshawa Valley Park Co-op is :
A townhouse complex of a total of 54 units, with 3 & 4 bedroom units available.
