Support staff at the university have approached the union about getting organized into a bargaining unit so that we have a strong & powerful voice at the table when it comes down to negotiating our wages, benefits, and working conditions. Currently, as a non-unionized group of employees, our ri

ghts are very limited, and we have no ability to negotiate with the employer. Everything is currently arbitrarily decided by the employer, regardless of how it affects us as staff members.
