Welcome to the new Orillia Concert Band Season!
On Saturday October 17, 2026, the Orillia Concert Band will host our annual fundraiser concert with the participation of the Orillia Big Band once again. A delightful evening awaits at St. Paul’s Centre with the doors opening at 6:30 pm for a 7:30 pm start time. Refreshments will be made available by Quayles Brewery beforehand and at intermission.Thank-you, Quayles! This season opener has become an OCB tradition to kick off the season while highlighting the generosity of Orillia and Area Community in support of a good cause.
This year your support will go to North Simcoe Victim Services. This amazing organization is ready to provide immediate care and help to those in crisis across North Simcoe County. Victims of disasters, tragedy, crimes of violence and human trafficking are helped in so many ways by accessing this service at their website https://www.ns-vs.com/ or by phone at 705-325-5578.
With NSVS director Lynn Thomas MC-ing, and Randy Hoover our wonderful Music Director leading both the Orillia Concert Band and the Orillia Big Band, what a fun evening it will be! Lots of familiar music from Carole King to Broadway music and Gershwin will keep you smiling and humming while your feet are dancing. And all while supporting a terrific organization.
Tickets are available at http://orilliaconcertband.com or cash at the door.
