Happy Holidays and the very best of 2025 to all Knowledge is Power participants, new and old! The 2025 season will begin with a bang on January 28. Dr. Tonya Omisade, Neuropsychologist with the QEII Health Sciences Centre Epilepsy Program in Halifax will be joining us to talk about Memory. Hear how the brain stores and retrieve's memories, why some memories carry more "weight" than others, why is sleep important for optimization of memory, and why do some memories seem strongly associated with sensations such as sound and smell.
