Today’s the big day! Quite possibly our last Community Thanksgiving Dinner in this Youth Centre space. It’s been a wonderful 18+ years here and these dinners have been so special.

We open at 2:30pm for drop in fun and we start dinner at 5pm. We hope to see you.

The Orillia Youth Centre has one more fundraising show weekend in 2026 and that is coming up on Friday November 6 and Saturday November 7. We are so stoked to be welcoming Kevin Seconds (solo from 7 Seconds), Lenny Lashley (Darkbuster, Street Dogs, Stars and Stripes, CJ Ramone Band), Nixon Boyd (Hollerado), Roger Harvey, and Alex Kaye Black live in Downtown Orillia BIA at Creative Nomad Studios!

Night 1 will be Kevin, Lenny, Nixon, and Roger on-stage together trading stories and songs and Day 2 will be one show in the afternoon and one in the evening. The artists will be broken up so we can enjoy full sets from each and in between will be a special fundraising tattoo flash event with the talented Arley from Black Dog Tattoo, snacks from Eclectic Cafe and more!

Work is currently happening to transform the Historic Train Station into the next Orillia Youth Centre.

Several upgrades to the space and property are and will be taking place, including the addition of extra space in what we are calling phase 2. To make all of this happen we are actively writing grants and seeking donations and support.

If you follow the link here and select "New Build" all money donated will be going directly to make this happen:

https://www.orilliarec.ca/orillia-youth-centre/

If you have any questions or would like to discuss this project further please connect with Kevin at the Orillia Youth Centre.

Thank you one and all!
