Northmen Alumni Association

You will be able to find information on the Northmen Alumni Association and events they host. About the Northmen Alumni Association

Purpose:
- To raise money for both the jr a and jr b Northmen
- To get together with alumni for social events
- To raise the awareness of Northmen in the community
- To give back

How to become a member:
- To become a member you must have played, coached, trained or

have been part of the executive for the jr a northmen, the jr b northmen or the seniors for at least 1 year
- Email your name home address, home phone #, cell phone # to [email protected]
- A yearly member ship fee (undetermined at this point) must be paid to the association

Planned Events:
- Alumni weekend which will include a friday night jr a game where all alumni will attend with booster a saturday golf tournament and a sunday night jr b gam where all jr b alumni will attend with booster (summer)
- Northmen Alumni hockey games (christmas break)
- Softball tournament (late sumer/ early fall)
- Small fundraisers such as NFL su***de pool, NCAA march madness bracket and NHL playoff pool

Where will the money we raise go?
- Jr. A northmen (jersey sponsor, bus trips, potential minto trip and so on)
- Jr B northmen (jersey sponsor, bus trip, potential founders trip and so on)
- Help support local Northmen (Northmen makes team Canada and needs sponsor)
- Alumni social events (subsidize beer costs at events, make the golf tourney cheaper)
- Northmen Alumni Swag for members (t's, hats)

How to get involved:
- The current voted executive is 7 members (Glen Bryan, Bruce Codd, Josh Sanderson, Brandon Miller, Blaine Burman, Pat Merill, Matt (skippy) Marchildon)
- There will be an Annual General Meeting where a new executive will be voted every year
- There are plenty of events that need to be planned so we need lots of volunteers to help out
