Attention all stations: it is with sorrow that we announce VA7 KLA, Bernard Klatt, has become a Silent Key. Bernard passed away on November 30, 2025.

VA7 KLA was a founding member of OARC, and was active within several amatuer radio groups. He will be greatly missed by the amateur radio community.

You are invited to a Celebration of Life honoring Bernard William Klatt
