The Okotoks Food Bank is located at Unit 120, 220 Stockton Avenue in Okotoks, Alberta. We distribute food hampers on Tuesday afternoon 1-3 and Thursday evening 6:00-8:00 (by appointment). Year after year, The Lake at Heritage Pointe Owners' Association continues to show up for the Okotoks Food Bank, and this year was no exception! Thanks to their incredible fundraising efforts, they raised $1,280 to help support local individuals and families facing food insecurity.

Growing food and giving back to our community!

A huge thank you to the Panther Learning Garden at Percy Pegler School, proudly sponsored by the Okotoks Optimist Club, for their incredible generosity!

Despite a later start to the growing season, the garden donated nearly 200 pounds of fresh produce to the Okotoks Food Bank throughout the summer and at harvest time.

Thank you to everyone involved! We look forward to seeing what next year’s growing season brings!

We're so very grateful for the incredible generosity, kindness, and community spirit that make Okotoks such a wonderful place to call home. Thank you to everyone who donates, volunteers, lends a hand, and helps us to ensure local families have access to the food and essentials they need.

Please note: The Okotoks Food Bank will be closed Monday, October 12 for the Thanksgiving holiday and will reopen with regular hours on Tuesday.

A little friendly competition can make a big difference!

A huge thank you to the teams at Diamond Elite Cheerleading for coming together to support the Okotoks Food Bank!

The teams went head-to-head in a friendly food drive competition, collecting an incredible 384 lbs of food! To make their efforts go even further, the gym generously matched their donations with a monetary contribution.

We love seeing young athletes come together, show their team spirit, and give back to their community. Thank you to everyone who participated and helped make this food drive such a success!

What a fantastic evening! 🎶

On Saturday night, MzBehavin, The Rum Runners and Friends held a fundraiser concert in support of the Okotoks Food Bank, raising an incredible $5,824 and 127 lbs of food!

A little bump in the road for our food rescue program! 🚚

Unfortunately, our Food Bank truck had its catalytic converter stolen, which means our truck is temporarily off the road and affecting our regular food pickups this week.

The good news is our amazing volunteers are not letting that stop them! They will be out and about in a rental truck next week while we get our truck repaired and back on the road.

Thank you to our volunteers for always finding a way to keep things moving and helping us rescue food for our community!
