🔐 Day 4: Saved Passwords & Autofill

Remembering a different password for every account can feel overwhelming. A password manager can help by storing your passwords and filling them in when you sign in.

Here are a few ways to use one more safely:

✅ Choose a strong, unique password for your password manager.
✅ Turn on multi-factor authentication if it’s available.
✅ Use a different password for each account.
✅ Lock your device and avoid saving passwords on shared devices.
✅ Check the website address before signing in.

Small steps can make a big difference in protecting your accounts. 💙

Follow Cyber Harassment Support for Day 5, when we’ll explore signing in with Google, Apple or Microsoft.

🔐 Day 3 of CHS’s 7-Day Awareness Series: PASSKEYS!

What if you could sign in without remembering another password?

Passkeys let you use your face, fingerprint, or device PIN to access your accounts.

✅ Easier to use
✅ More resistant to phishing
✅ No password to remember or type

💡 Today’s tip: Check your account settings to see if passkeys are available. Keep a secure backup sign-in or recovery method.

Safer sign-ins start with smarter choices.

🔐 Day 2/7: Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

A strong password is important. An extra layer of protection is even better!

Enable MFA on your email, banking and social media accounts.

⚠️ Never share verification codes or approve unexpected sign-in requests.

Stay informed. Stay protected.

🔐 Day 1/7 | Passwords vs. Passphrases

Did you know a passphrase can be easier to remember and just as secure as a strong password?

🔑 Password: A mix of letters, numbers and symbols.

🔑 Passphrase: 4–5 random, unrelated words.

✅ Make it long and unique.
✅ Avoid predictable words or personal details.
✅ Use a password manager and enable MFA.

💙 Stay informed. Stay secure.
