What a fantastic turnout yesterday afternoon at Windeck for the Springfield Chamber of Commerce business roundtable!

Thank you to everyone who showed up to represent your business and our community. With more than 40 local business owners and all five RM of Springfield Councillors in attendance, we had meaningful conversations on key issues including safety and policing, drainage, water and sewer, and business taxes.

We also appreciate MLA Ron Schuler and Mayor Pat Therrien for joining the discussion and engaging directly with our business community.

A special thank you to Mel Dueck for hosting, and to Shandy Walls for her leadership as outgoing Executive Director. We’re excited to welcome Ashley Stevens as the new Executive Director starting July 1!

Looking forward to continuing these important conversations and working together to support our local businesses.
