Norwich Band The Norwich Band (Norwich Musical Society Band) is a community band in Township of Norwich, Ontario. New members always welcome!

This band performs an average of 15 concerts around Oxford and Norfolk Counties.

Looking for a fun group to join? All you need is an interest in playing in a community band, have your own instrument and want to improve your playing. Rehearsal begin on Tuesday, September 8th at the Norwich Community Centre up stairs in the band room. Come and meet us all in September!!

We are taking a bit of a break and will be back to rehearsal in September 🎶🎸We are still welcoming new members to join us and September is the best time of year! Weekly rehearsals are held from September to June on Tuesday evenings, 7 to 9:00 PM at the Norwich Community Centre, located at 53 Stover St S, Norwich, Ontario N0J 1P0.
Apart from the above, we have openings for all instruments.

In 2026, the Annual Decoration Day in the Township of Norwich will be held on Sunday, August 9, 2026, featuring a memorial service and a performance by the Norwich Band ( Norwich Musical Society Band) at the Norwich Cemetery starting at 2:00 PM. This concert will feature guest performers who come back each year - you will definitely recognize all those faces - many grew up in Norwich.
