Drumroll!! 🎉
We’re so excited to share our Spring 2026 Grant Recipients with you.

This season, we had the privilege of awarding 19 grants to 17 individuals and couples across Canada, each taking an important step forward on their family-building journey.

While most individuals and couples received one grant, two were awarded funding through both Fertility Friends Foundation and our new PGT-M Access Fund, allowing them to pursue IVF while reducing the risk of passing on a serious genetic condition as they work toward building their families.

These grants represent far more than financial assistance. They provide hope, opportunity, and a renewed belief that parenthood may still be possible.

Among this year’s grant recipients are single mothers by choice, members of the 2SLGBTQ+ community, intended parents pursuing surrogacy, and families navigating inherited genetic conditions.

Over the past week, we had the honour of making the calls that changed everything sharing the news that they had been selected for funding.

Being part of these moments-the tears, the disbelief, the quiet relief, and the hope that follows is something we never take for granted. It’s the part of this work that stays with us the most.

Over the coming weeks, we’ll be introducing you to some of these incredible individuals and couples and sharing more about their journeys.

Please join us in congratulating the Spring 2026 grant recipients as they take this next step toward building their families. 💛

PMOS and Reproductive Health: A Complete Guide

Did you know that PMOS (formerly known as PCOS) is one of the most common hormonal conditions affecting reproductive-age women and a leading cause of infertility?

Yet many people living with PMOS struggle to find clear, evidence-based information about how it affects fertility, treatment options, pregnancy outcomes, and long-term health.

Join us for the next webinar in our Your Fertility Guide series featuring Dr. Cho of Olive Fertility Centre, who will help us better understand PMOS and its impact on reproductive health.

During this session, we’ll discuss:
* What PMOS is and how it is diagnosed
* The connection between PMOS and fertility
* Treatment and lifestyle approaches
* Options for individuals trying to conceive
* Common myths and misconceptions

This Men’s Health Month, we’re focusing on male fertility, sharing expert insights and educational resources to raise awareness of an often-overlooked aspect of fertility care.

In this video, Dr Prati Sharma () shares insights into male fertility testing, what a semen analysis can reveal, and why looking at the full picture matters.

A few takeaways:

Male factor infertility affects approximately 25–30% of men and couples trying to conceive.

Fertility evaluations should include both partners.

Sometimes additional testing is needed to understand s***m health better

Small lifestyle changes can have a meaningful impact on overall fertility health.

And now we’d love to hear from you:

Men’s Health Month is a reminder that fertility is never just one person’s story.

While conversations often focus on egg quality and ovarian health, male factors contribute to up to 50% of fertility challenges. Yet male fertility is still one of the most overlooked parts of the fertility journey, and often one of the last things explored.

It’s also important to know that understanding s***m health isn’t as simple as a single test with a simple answer.

Several different tests can help provide a more complete picture, including semen analysis, DNA fragmentation testing, chromosomal testing, and post-ejaculate urinalysis. Each one looks at a different aspect of s***m health, helping uncover information that might otherwise be missed.

For many individuals and couples, having this information can bring a little more clarity to a process that often feels full of unknowns and help guide conversations about what comes next.

This Male Health Awareness Month, learn more about the tests available to assess male fertility and when they may be worth considering.

GIVEAWAY TIME!

FFF is really grateful to support Ground to Grow’s four-city Canadian screening series, a thoughtful initiative creating space for more awareness and open conversation around endometriosis and pelvic pain.

1 in 6 women live with endometriosis, yet so many still face delays in diagnosis, symptoms that are often misunderstood, and barriers to accessing the right care. This series is a step toward changing that through education, shared stories, and community connection.

Each evening will feature the BAFTA-winning short film This is Endometriosis, followed by a live panel with local experts in endometriosis, pelvic pain, fertility, and patient-centred care.

Together, these events are designed to inform, connect, and support creating a space where people can better understand their symptoms, explore care options, and feel a little less alone in what they’re going through.

We’re giving away tickets to attend the screening in your city!
2 winners will be selected from each city (Victoria l Vancouver l Toronto l Ottawa)
