LEAP: Life-Skills, Employment And Productivity

This program we offer is available to those who live in the Toronto area and are on OW. The program’s objective is to provide employment support to all individuals aged 18+ who are facing multiple barriers to employment which may include individuals who are involved with the criminal justice system.

CTI is thrilled to announce our new initiative. We recently just developed a partnership with the City of Toronto to provide wrap-around support to individuals that are receiving social assistance benefits and are experiencing challenges due to COVID.

The name of the new initiative is called Emergency Support Services. The individual will receive weekly one to one counseling, access to weekly group-based workshops, progress monitoring scales to support their growth, access to a graduate/alumni group that will support the individual to obtain the skills needed to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
