Whether you run, walk, cheer, or donate, every form of support helps raise awareness and funds for the sickle cell community. Participation is completely optional, and we encourage everyone to take part in a way that feels safe and comfortable for them.

This Father’s Day, we celebrate the care, guidance, and dedication of fathers and father figures in our communities. 💙

At the Sickle Cell Awareness Group of Ontario, we recognize the many ways fathers support and uplift those affected by sickle cell disease as caregivers, advocates, role models, and sources of strength through both challenges and milestones. We also acknowledge and honour fathers living with sickle cell disease, navigating their own journeys with strength and perseverance.

To all the fathers and father figures making a difference every day, we thank and celebrate you. Happy Father’s Day 💛
