مرکز توانمندسازی تازه واردان (CNE) توسط گروپ از رضاکاران افغان در سال 2021 ایجاد شد و در سال 2023 به عنوان یک سازمان غیرانتفاعی جهت ایجاد یک جامعه سالم، ارائه خدمات اسکان، ادغام و سازگاری برای تازه واردان، با دولت کانادا ثبت و راجستر گردید. در مدت 3 سال گذشته، CNE به تازه واردان از سراسر جهان به منظور ادغام و سازگاری با جامعه ی کانادایی خدمات موثر و مفیدی ارایه نموده است.

At CNE, we believe that education is the key to unlocking a brighter future for individuals and communities around the world. Over the past weekend, a group of 310 individuals from Afghanistan arrived in Halifax via a chartered flight from Pakistan. These individuals will be further transported to about 30 different communities across Canada, including Fredericton, St. John's, and Toronto.

Canada has successfully achieved its target of welcoming at least 40,000 refugees and vulnerable Afghans since August 2021. The processing of eligible applications that have already been received is ongoing.
