Transition Africa aims to develop individuals and groups of leaders through various training programs that focus on

self-development and capacity building. The programs have common elements of leadership training, moral and

legal premise, social consciousness and integrity. Transition Africa provides coaching support and believes in enhancing experiences through networking and alliance

buildi

ng. The goal is to expand the capacities of young people and help shape their progress towards becoming local

and global leaders committed to addressing social change issues. Transition Africa uses research as a tool to fact-find models of programs for leadership and its correlation with

infrastructural development. We also impact on both local and global policies by way of advocacy and the

demystification of those policies to the interest of the individual and how the individual can also affect those

policies.
