Howard J. Sniderman, K.C., will provide practical insight into the commercial litigation process, including key steps, when legal action may be necessary, and what credit professionals should consider before proceeding. Rhonda Fox-Miles, LIT, RSW, CIRP, will explore commercial insolvency from the perspective of the corporate credit manager, with strategies to help protect organizations.
