North Gower - Kars Scouting

1st North Gower - Kars Scouts and senior Cubs had a great time hiking at the annual Rideau Challenge Journey in the Marlborough Forest on the weekend. 24 members of our group joined over 175 youth and 100 volunteers from 14 Scouting Groups in a fantastic hiking adventure taking place on the weekend.

Our Bronze patrol hiked 12.6 km on Saturday and our two Gold patrols hiked over 26km each between Friday and Sunday carrying all their equipment and food.

Congratulations to all the hikers. And thanks to the volunteers that allowed this to happen.
