🌟 Forgive yourself. The supreme act of forgiveness is when you can forgive yourself for all the wounds you’ve created in your own life. Forgiveness is an act of self-love. When you forgive yourself, self-acceptance begins and self-love grows.

You need to take responsibility for your actions and accept that these actions have hurt you. It is normal to think you are fine however as humans we have a tendency to mask things. For many years I made myself NUMB so I didn't feel the hurt and disappointment from others.
You need to feel remorse and acknowledge the consequences that you have incurred from the event. Inorder to move forward from something you must go through it. There is no half a$$ING this or going around it when you start feeling uncomfortable. At the end of uncomfortable is the comfort you both desire and deserve.
You need to restore yourself from any trauma by apologizing to yourself because you are only human. Think back to before all the crap entered your life; who were you, how did you enjoy spending time, etc. Most importantly let go of the anger, resentment, and retribution you feel towards YOU!
Renew yourself; ask yourself what can I learn from this event. And most importantly allow yourself to grow and develop as a person. Give yourself PERMISSION to continue turning into the person you wanted to become before you were rudely interrupted. Use that traumatic interruption rather than dwelling on it.
Forgiving yourself for being naive allows your attitude to become more positive which increases both your mental and emotional well-being. Do not dwell on where you are now and what created you to stay at this place. Strengthen both your emotional and mental muscles by creating a positive environment.
Forgiving yourself for being naive allows you to increase your levels of success, production, focus, and concentration because you can now concentrate on what matters the most to you. YOU are the most important thing in your life! Concentrate on feeding both your body and soul healthy boundaries.
Forgiving yourself allows you to begin attracting more loving, trusting, and committed relationships with others. You become what you surround yourself with eventually thriving in that environment. Once you forgive yourself, you will no longer tolerate your current environment.
