Navigating Anger: Finding Balance is a 6-week men's group that explores the role of anger and other emotions in our daily lives.

Participants will learn practical strategies for emotional awareness, communication, and stress management through psychoeducation, skill-building, group discussion, and peer support.

This group offers a supportive place to build self-understanding, strengthen relationships, and develop healthy ways of responding to life's challenges.
