Congratulations to Marie Gallant for winning the Fall Family Festival jelly bean contest with a guess of 1001 beans. She was just shy of the actual total of 1018 beans in the pumpkin shaped jar. Thank you to all who participated.

A huge THANK YOU to Battlefords Agricultural Society for putting on such an amazing event for families to come enjoy an afternoon of fun! Karen put so much thoughtful effort into coordinating the band, petting zoo, cotton candy/popcorn, balloon man, clowns, facepainting, volunteers running activities and games as well as set up/take down so all runs smoothly. Sponsors including Discovery Co-op and Sobeys so families could enjoy a weiner roast and granola bars. The list goes on and I am so grateful I could be there to see the smiles - every helping hand into putting this together did not go unnoticed! It was great talking to new and seasoned residents of and hearing how much they appreciate events like this right here in the place we are proud to call home!

The weather was cooperative and we couldn't ask for a better afternoon for a Fall Festival! Until next year... 🤩
